He holds a Master’s degree in Private Law-Judicial Career obtained at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of Bamako, MALI.
A graduate of the International Training Center in Africa for French speaking laywers (CIFAF), Fadiala DEMBELE has acquired solid skills in collaborative law: voluntary and confidential negotiation process, implementing effective negotiation and communication techniques in order to achieve to an acceptable agreement between the parties, in compliance with the law.
He has fifteen years of experience in law firms.
An experienced practitioner in customary land law and in his capacity as a trainer of the peasant world since 2010 on customary land law in Mali, Me Fadiala DEMBELE is a consultant within various administrations on issues relating to this matter.
Since 2012, Fadiala DEMBELE has been involved in the mediation of inter-community conflicts.
He is one of the focal points for the defense of rights in the military courts of Mali.
He has served in associations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as in-house legal counsel.
He was secretary in charge of relations with the Council of the Bar Association of the Association of Young Lawyers of Mali (AJAM)
Before taking the oath of lawyer, Fadiala DEMBELE was a lecturer in universities and schools.
